So the real question becomes, how can you advance experience if you cannot get a job in the first place? Which leads to another question, how can you get a job if you have no experience? So the testers need to make sure they gain experience by doing little things like creating mini-games, mods and even writing reviews of famous games out there. If any of it catches an employer’s eye it can play a very positive role in tester’s future in this specific field.
